STRESS! It’s normal. It’s natural. It’s inevitable. It’s not going away any time soon… from anyone’s life. But, we can learn some simple strategies to help US manage STRESS-before STRESS manages US. We’ll talk about the good, the bad & the ugly which stress brings to caregivers’ lives & how to stay in the game when you just want to quit. In this newly designed Kansas Dept. of Education course, Professor Rebecca DeYoung-Daniels (a speaker many of have enjoyed in the past) will teach how to apply strategies for managing stress in your day care homes. By identifying the meaning of stress, its cause & consequences, participants can better manage this anxiety & actually use it for personal benefits. Plan TODAY to come & soak up this valuable info. The possibility of what this training can achieve in both your personal & professional life is endless.
